We are excited to open a brand new yoga center here in Abilene, Texas that celebrates and fosters a healthy lifestyle, relaxation, and rejuvenation. We invite you to join us for our yoga classes, taught by our group of highly talented and experienced yoga instructors.
Whether you're brand new to yoga or a seasoned veteran, we have a wide variety of classes to help you find the perfect class for every level of fitness and flexibility - and we mean every!
In addition to yoga, the Sage Yoga Center offers massage therapy and counseling. We believe this combination is a powerful tool that benefits everyone by connecting mind, body, and soul.
Holistic Approach
By definition, "holistic" means 'relating to the whole or complete system rather than individual parts - medicine to treat both the mind and body.'
Stress and trauma present themselves in many forms throughout the body, with issues from one part of the body often manifesting in other parts. True healing requires looking at the whole body rather than single sections.
At Sage Yoga Center, we offer services to help people start feeling their best inside and out. The practice of yoga has been around for over 5000 years with more than 11 million Americans enjoying its health benefits.
